Founded on the beaches of Zihuatanejo in 2013, LOOT is a multi-dimensional culture and arts hub with design-focused contemporary gallery, restaurant, and retail spaces in Zihuatanejo and CDMX. Functioning as a place to be human, a space to be curious, and an outlet to be wondrous, LOOT is a multichannel platform for artists, advocates of adventure, and curators of dynamic cultural, musical, epicurean, sensorial, and immersive experiences that splice the spectrum of surf, art, music, food, fashion, lifestyle, and events.

A neighborhood meeting place in the heart and hum of Roma Norte, Salut is an immersive expression of conscious, seasonal food, coffee and wine, with rotating menus of local, market fare and calendar of live arts and cultural programming. Anchored within the lofty gallery and muraled facade of LOOT, Salut is of-the-moment, yet rooted deeper in the rhythm of community (high vibe cafe by day, wine bar and DJ selects by night), pairing epicurean plates and reimagined flavours with blossoming wine lists of dewy naturals and heady vin de rouge, licks of mezcal and smooth espresso, and nourishing eats to grab and go or enjoy on the patio and amongst sculptural luminaries and contemporary design.
Salut is a new, all-day ode to the world and our community in it, combining Chef Francisco Guzman’s personal inspiration and creative explorations with local, produce-driven menus that celebrate the art of food, dining, and culinary experience.
